Yeah, so I made a post a while back saying how my elbow/upper forearm hurt.
It's been over 2 months now and I still have tendonitis, at least that's what I think it is. I wear a tennis elbow bracelet and I've been using the Voltaren Gel (diclofenac sodium topical gel 1%) on it 4 times a day.
The tendonitis affects all of my workouts. I now do 10 reps per set and I use light-moderate weights. It mostly affects back/bicep day. Seated pulley row with that v-shape handle? Forget it, it feels like my arm is being ripped out of my body. I have to use really wide grip on that exercise.
Anyways, for those of you that had tendonitis how long did it take to heal up?
It's been over 2 months now and not being able to DL or squat is really pissing me off and I'm not sure if this is something that is going to heal up or is this going to be a lifelong injury?
