Here's a comparison of me at 140 or 145, and again at 170. Also including a back shot. Doesn't really seem like a lot of progress for 30 lbs...Esp in my chest. I think most of the progress made was in my legs actually, but of course I don't have a before shot, so kind of pointless to post them now.
Any criticism/advice is appreciated. I'll update again when I hit 190 or 200 if I don't decide to cut at 190.

Nice! You put on some weight for sure.
How are your lifts compared to before?
Bench is up ~60 lbs to 185x5x5
Squat up ~90lbs to 205x5x5...sad I know.
DL up ~120 to 235x5x5.
I know my numbers are way out of proportion, but I never really squatted/DLed prior to joining WBB.
Whats the time frame between pics?

Squats take a while... no worries it took me almost 2 years to hit 315 from scratch. Now several months later I'm aiming high for 4 plates!
