    Thanks guys. Yeah Ben, the venue in Dubuque is awesome. It's at the grand river center in a huge exhibit hall with a concession stand, and obviously the big projector so it's easy to watch even when you're back in the warm-up area. It was a great smoothly run meet overall, and had a great time. Lot's of great lifts and I got a ton of help since I couldn't bring anyone with, North Iowa Powerlifing team really took care of me at this meet.

    Yeah, the deads are comin along. I felt like I should have tried to pull a bit more once I was done. The bar they had was great, super sharp knurling and nice whip; weights felt light.
