That in 6 weeks of training properly, I've nearly doubled my bench press, nearly tripled my deadlift and I'm not far off doubling my squat (from the start of week 1 - end of week 6). How long do you guys think that I could expect to keep getting these gains?
I'm 18, 5'10 and 205lbs atm if that helps at all.

There is absolutely no way of telling. Keep it up though!
Everyone hits a slump sometime and will need to move on to something else, but if your just a noob to lifting probably 6 months or so before gains start to slow down. As long as your progressing just keep at it and lift hard.
Not to be a downer, but not very long. It will catch up and the gains will start to slow, but they won't become impossible by any means. You still have many more years of big PRs ahead, just don't expect to double it every 6 weeks lol.
