    Pinkies on ring 3 board PR of 245/540x3 easy, lift offs were dangerous so left it at that(lift off was harder than the lift itself).
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    On Friday squatted 505 w/belt+wraps. Finally broke 500lbs mark.
    Best unequipped meet lifts - 120kg Open class
    Sq: 629lbs
    Bp: 330lbs

    I did 440x9 belt only deadlift on Friday.

    I also did a 285x5 raw bench on Sunday. Gonna finally try another raw bench PR again sometime soon.

    well I started lifting for strength last Dec 08...
    I'm 6'3", 240-250lbs, 34yrs old

    My bench was around 270...squat 300..DL 300...

    My bench isn't up much it's 300 now
    last week was good for squat and deadlift..I hit 475 on both..So, I dunno, I feel pretty good about it..I wish I could get my bench up
