    375lb dead last week... Still a lil in the tank
    6' 1.... 211lbs.
    Bench: 275lbs x 1
    Deadlift: 385lbs x 1
    Squat: ??? (not enough)
    Goal by the end of May 2010... Weigh 225lbs.

    Big improvements, you will hit 2400 sooner than you may have thought!

    700 deadlift. Belt. Grip (left hand) failed at 675 (again) and went to straps. Still need grip work.

    PR by default lol. I'm just now starting to get in gear so, I'm trying to learn my briefs.
    slightly high box squat 605x1.
    although ive taken 545 off the box belt only, the extra weight was nice to handle. I'm enjoying these breifs so far! lol
