    Just got back from the gym. It was 5's week on 5-3-1 on deadlift. I hit 501x8 (2 rep PR).
    5'9" 195 lbs
    DL 600x1
    SQ 490x1 (raw)
    BP 430x1 (shirted), 320x1 (raw)
    SN 209x1 C+J 250x1

    700x1 box squat last saturday. Little high but, glad i've felt the weight on my back. have vids but, not worth it since it was high.

    I hit a 385 raw squat 3 days a go with no belt. Will try for 395 next week.

    I am trying to get as close to 500 as I can this year.

    18% BF down from 25%+ since April. Halfway to abs.

    110lb rack pull PR!!!!!

    Pulled 445 raw against quaded mini bands from middle of knee caps for a 110lb PR in 6 weeks.

    Was aiming for 405 but ended up getting 445, grip was sweet lock-out was hard.

    Very happy as I have never hit a PR that big before.

    When I hit 500 plus quad bands I will film and post.
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    435x10 deadlift at the end of my workout.
    22 - 5'10@236lbs!
    Bench - 325 (old)
    Squat - 455x2 (old)
    Deadlift - 500(old)

    Total: 1280lbs 100% raw

    at lexen pro am i totaled 1445 @ 181 which is a 190 lb meet pr for me. 570 squat 105lbpr 375 bench for 50lbpr 500 dead for 35lbpr. I had 555 locked out for my 1500lb total and fell foward. o well good day went 7 for 9 multi ply amatuer (drug free)
