    400lb raw 2-board bench yesterday, thumbs from smooth grip. First raw 400 bench of any kind.

    Thanks, they were 1005-625-677-2300 and I lift in the 242 weight class but have been thinking about going 275 maybe 220 every now and then. Thanks again!!!

    PR squat and bench in a full meet at Best of the Best in the Midwest...... the 881 squat was the first time I had all of my equipment really dialed in at a meet... and was a sweet PR..... I had done 601 in a bench only meet, but this was my first 6 in a full meet.........

    I deadlifted 405 today.

    8 months ago when I started I could barely pull 185x1. Pretty pumped!

    Today I hit a squat PR of 315 for 5 deep solid reps. In the grand scheme of things it is not much, but it sure felt heavy to me.

    Finally Squatted 600 today. It was ugly and would have been red lighted to death but it was the first time getting the straps up on my squat suit and hitting depth! 585 was smooth at least.

    Haha don't feel bad. That's a huge bench. I used to bench more then I could squat and dead lift. Hell, 2 years ago I didn't even know what a dead lift was.
