    18 x 185 @ 175 on bench... nothing too special, but in fact a PR for me.
    5'8" 177 (meet PRs) ALL RAW

    Bench - 290 (291) Pause reps Dead - 500 (479.5) Squat - 446 (430)

    Total - 1236 (1168.4)

    Goals: Bench - 280 met 1/19/09 new goal - 300 Squat - 435 met 11/28/09 new goal 475 Dead - 500 met 1/23/10 new goal 525

    295 for a couple reps. Didnt touch any of them in the shirt, but I got some lockout work form it.

    deadlift 525 @ 148lb which the USAPL IPF national meet record for 148lb 17yr olds. Looking forward smashing the record at teen nationals in June. i recorded it, but my stupid camera phone cut out half way through the lift. you can tell i got it though from the easy start.

    I got 485x7 DL on Friday at some gym in Columbus, OH. This was after lifting a 230lb atlas stone and some other strongman implements at the Arnold Expo earlier in the day!

    Good work guido, you're a beast man. I'll hopefully be repping out like that one day haha. But for now

    new 1RM of 142.5 kg (about 320lbs) for DL today.

    squat 685 x1 for three sets suited today. fits loose but enough to get something out of it. no wraps on this one

    Hit 405 on deadlift. Who knows, at the rate things are improving, by my first meet I might actually have decent numbers.

    I've been doing EFS style training for the last couple of months. I had a deload week last week, in hopes of hitting some new PRs during the next 3 weeks. This morning, deadlifts. Conventional didn't feel quite right, so I tried sumos. Felt good doing sumos, so kept going.

    635X1 on squats. Knee wraps and belt only. It took 3 times of me un-racking and re-racking before I just said WTF and went for it on the 4th try.

    475x2 Squat . Belt and THP's only, felt like going for 3 but back is way to tight from doing deficit DL for the first time yesterday.

    5'8" @ 204lbs
