    Awesome workout! I used my loose Inzer Rage X for the 545 & 565. Then, switched to a tighter Inzer Rage X for the 635 and a pr too.

    Haven't posted here before but due to being over worked this past week I had to workout on my lunch break and hit a good morning of 335 x 3 reps. 20 pound pr.

    edited--- shows how much I been working my math was bad, it was actually 340 x 3.

    Dealifted 475 at 205bw. That is a 70lbs PR in 8 weeks. And in that time I only did one partial DL. Westside is blowing my mind!

    2 weeks ago I repped out on 185kgs / 407lbs and and got 8 reps! hardest set ive ever done in anything last 2 reps were grinders and lasted what seemed an age
    Bodyweight : 195 - Height: 5' 9

    Current lifts:
    DL - 490 x 1 - 462 x 4 ... Nearly 500 so close
    BS - 374 x 1 - 330 x 5
    BP - 302 x 1 - 258 x 5, 225 x 10
    BR - 231 x 1 - 209 x 5
    PP - 220 x 1 - 198 x 4

    680 deadlift. I tried the pull w/o straps and the bar slipped right away, so I used straps. Still need to work on grip strength.

    On Tuesday I did deadlifts in my 5/3/1 and got 385x10. I probably could have done 15 if I wanted, but I limit myself to 10 so I don't blow myself out for the rest of the week.

    Should try for 500 soon.
    22 - 5'10@236lbs!
    Bench - 325 (old)
    Squat - 455x2 (old)
    Deadlift - 500(old)

    Total: 1280lbs 100% raw

    On 8/28/09 I hit 605 off a 3 board at 243 BW on bench. Weight went up fast but only had 1 spotter. Will attempt 615 or more tomorrow and work down to a 2 board with super katana still being broken in.

    605 shirted bench to a 3brd...2brd...and then a 1brd. We have never done shirted board work before so this is a number to beat next time. The 1brd to me was my best set.
