    Cardio without using legs?

    Are there any cardio workouts that don't involve much leg involvement? I was thinking about all the different cardio "exercises" and can't think of one that doesn't involve legs much.

    There's one at some gyms that is a stationary 'bike' with pedals for the hands. Some swear by it, I think it might be good used as an upper body warmup.
    There's always sex.....no, wait,that's still using a leg.

    I think there is one. It's where you sit on the seat and you pull yourself towards the bar. I don't remember what it's called...

    I think you're thinking of rowing/an erg.

    Swimming you can just do with your arms... there's minimal leg involvement at best.

    You can do all types of circuit training stuff with no lower body movements.
