I am new here. I am recently starting to workout, this may or may not be the right forum, I know moderators are anal about threads being created in the right forum, but I need answers now rather than later.
Anyhow, I am 6'6", 210 pounds, about 8%('round about) body fat.
I know that a lot of you on here have been working out for years and years, and I have been lurking these forums for a few years, and I have finally come out of the closet.
Now, to the point. I need a workout routine, and eating routine that would fit someone of my stature. I am lean, not much body fat, mostly around the mid section, and have some pretty thin legs. If someone could point me in the direction of a few threads that would help me get started with the appropriate workout routine etc, that would be great. Whenever I get started up, I will be making a journal so you guys can help critique me. Thank you guys. Appreciate the help.
