    Question regarding shirt use

    I would like some feedback on whether you train in the same shirt that you use for a contest. I have been training in one shirt for most of a cycle, and then put on the contest shirt a couple of weeks before the meet. Am I being too easy on my contest shirt? Thanks

    what kind of shirt are you using and compete in? Single or double ply?

    Single ply shirts that's not as bad of an idea as it might seem. But if you're wearing a double ply shirt, you probably should be using your comp shirt more frequently.

    I train in my contest shirt a lot. I use double ply equipment though. I would think that single ply material would stretch faster, but you still need to train in the shirt you use more than just a couple times a cycle.

    So long as you're using a Fury in your training as well, you're alright. If you're using an F6, that's probably a bad idea as the groove and cut are different.
