    Dude, really...unless you're in a hardcore serious powerlifting gym, even people that are squatting in a rack usually aren't getting even anywhere close to parallel.

    No matter where you are or what program is being used, some people just aren't ever going to get it.

    Why would you put weight on your back? That is the problem with people who lift weights they just don't get it. P90X uses the powerful weight of air and gravity to sculpt lean mass. Quarter squats with no weight are way more difficult then ATG squats with weight on the back. Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler have started using P90X and that is all they do.
