    My wrist is messed up from something. Wanted to shirt up today, but as soon as I got above 500 lbs I couldn't hold the weight any more so I just stayed raw and did more rep work.

    Missed legs on Monday so I did some squats

    Squats to parallel box
    135 x 10
    225 x 10
    315 x 10
    405 x 5
    455 x 1
    225 x 10
    225 x 20

    455 was easy and I could have done more, but I'm still trying to take it slow and feel out the knees.

    Chest supported rows
    2 sets of 20

    decline situps
    bw x 20

    lat pulls
    2 sets of 20

    machine rear delt flys
    2 sets of 20

    505 x miss felt my hamstring try to give way so I stopped and had the spotters take it

    seems like my hamstring is just a minor pull. I'll probably try squatting light next week but take the rest of this week off from squatting/pulling

    hamstring felt ok twinged a bit a few times so I called it a bit early and skipped assistance.

    Felt super crappy. Aches and pains all over and no energy. Vacationing next week so I wont be lifting much. Maybe it will help.
