Hey everyone. I will be competing in the PA state BP finals in May and Im currently weighing in at ~200. Ive always competed in 181s and my weight never really surpassed 185. After about 8 months of training/bulking, im at my current weight. I know that if I can compete at 181, I have a pretty good chance at finishing high, but at 198 the comp is really tough. I have experience in competing so im not looking to compete for that alone. So I guess my question is do you think that cutting that much weight is doable in that time period? And if so, whats a good way of cutting w/o sacrificing too much strength? I never had to cut before so im clueless on this matter. Thanks guys.
