    Hey guys, lastnight was my first night back to lifting, after over 2 weeks, i was ridiculously busy planning my kids first birthday party and i was also a part of a 2 weeks murder jury trial at court, while working night work, so i would be working 18 hours a day for 2 weeks, i'm back at it now, and excited

    Hey guys, just checking in to let you guys know that i haven't stopped training, just been a struggle to keep up on my log, i just hit a new PR since injury, i failed at 295 last week and then this week I skipped my Light bench press day and ended up hitting 295, then 305 both very easily, then i hit 315 after a pretty good struggle, feels good to be back into the 3xx's

    Hey guys, i've been slacking lately, a lot of personal things going on have made me lazy and unmotivated. I just got back on my diet ( had to wait till after thanksgiving of course haha) and i just completed my first HIIT program, monday i'll going to start the hatfield power lifting routine. Hopefully i'm done with the set backs.

    I'm second guessing my current program, i may want to switch up to a more defining body building routine, though i'm limited to a power rack, barbell, preacher curl and dumbells from 10's to 50's, no machines. Trying to look lean for Feb on my honey moon. I don't have a clue how to properly train for esthetics other than low weight high reps. So i just went and started my power lifting routine until when or if i find a routine, any advice would be really appreciated.

    Well i must say i'm pretty down right now.... jumped on the scale at 198, no resemblance of abs what so ever and i haven't done cardio in 3 months. I knew i was slacking but i had no idea how bad i let myself go. I'm about to embarrass myself by posting pictures for added motivation. This is the worst i looked during summer time in my life. I guess it takes severity to get back into it, and i'm pretty motivated right now, eating a can of tuna and drinking water from a gallon, I'm BACK. For now i want to stick with High rep routine to salvage whatever looks i can get for the summer, i'm going to be training more like a body builder until im half way decent. No routines yet, just winged it.

    Was planning of doing some cardio this morning but i ended up running through a building for 45 minutes straight last night, from 11th floor to 2nd, to 6th to 3rd and through the floors, all while in 30 lbs of equipment. I must say i've never had a cardio workout like that before in my life!

    Swiss ball work:

    35lb plate x 50
    Arm leg ball transfer x 10 ( first time doing these, they're killer)

    Workout time was about an hour and 15 mins with almost no rest, i feel great right now and this is probably the best workout i've done in terms of conditioning in over a year.
