    I took a video of the 305 x 3 to check form, it appears i'm hitting depth, but it looks like i'm making it harder on myself, looks like i'm doing a squat + a good morning. I need to be more upright.

    Any suggestions on how to correct my squating form? when i try to squat upright i feel as though i'm going to fall backwards.

    if u can find the middle of the wall in front out you(where you squat) the goabout 1 foot over ur head and place a dot on the wall, and wen u squat u wanna keep ur eye on that dot that should help u out alot. I cant see the video cause im on my phone looking at the forums, btw i live 10 min from philly, how were the people there wen the phillies won

    i was working riot patrol, i got hit in the head three times with bottles, and they tipped over our police bus, broke out the windows, flipped cars, it was insane.

    I opted to bench today instead of tomorrow ( i leave it optional for sat or sun)

    I started things off by trying zen's pull up challenge, i managed 18 pull ups, full ROM neutral grip at 193 lbs ( was expecting 12-15)

    Sounds like brutal and vicious **** for you guys while out on riot patrol.

    Getting back to your squat form, it looks fine - but do keep in mind that you're asking for trouble and can get injured when you bend over too far like GMs.

    Just got back from my hockey game... we won 8-0, had 2 goals 4 assist, matching my highest point total ever, at 6. Last game i had 2 goals 2 assist in a 4-3 win, thats 10 points in 2 games so far. Getting off to a good start. I'm not set to lift today but i still may run even though i had a game.

    Nah, just watching youtube vidoes all day one day ( mostly hockey fights ) and then somehow your epic fail video was on the list, i watched it and i thought it was pretty funny, then i just started watching more of the videos. It motivated me to start training again and make my own videos, it's been fun thus far.
