    I missed dl day and pigged out on some corn beef and other foods due to st pattys day, ill be squatting and pulling today, last nights diet really lacked in protein and was overboard with fats from coren beef. Cals and carbs were good though.

    Just completed stage 1 of my night workout ( pulling at 85% 1 rm and squatting at 100% 1rm, calculated at start of program)

    Just got done my squats, going to take a 15 minute break to drink a MWO shake and post up the workout. I was focusing hard on form and it hurt me on my speed on some of the reps...

    Warm Ups:

    Bar x 8

    135 x 8

    225 x 5

    295 x 0 ( Went ATF very slowly and got stuck)

    295 x 1

    Work Sets:

    315 x 2 ( felt good, went up fast, form was good.... but after looking at the video i was definitely high, didn't count it as a PR)

    315 x 2 ( PR + 10 for even a 1rm, it wasn't pretty but it hit depth and form was okay)

    315 x 2 ( ugly reps, first one clearly hit depth, second one clearly didn't, my tank was empty)

    When i started this program roughly 5 weeks ago my 1rm was set at 315, so i'm pretty happy with my progress thus far. I'll be posting videos as soon as i get my USB back to upload.

    I got stuck on a long job today and didn't eat for 6 hours, did the best i could when i got home, i wish i was trying to cut, because i'd be doing a hell of a job with my diet if that were my goal.
