    strong workout man! that's a **** load of volume for deadlifts, how's your back in the morning? you'll be back over 400 in no time.

    My back feels GREAT, love the sore feeling... funny thing about it... i cut the workout short, i still had to do 8x3 of, Gm's, SLDL and bent over rows. Coan's DL routine is no joke.

    Hey guys, i've been neglecting my journal a tad... i just recently had a buddy of mine start to work out with me... He hasn't lifted seriously since HS so his numbers are kind of low, in any case its better than lifting alone, his current numbers are B 140/S 170/ D 185, so i have a lot of work ahead of me heh. In any case here goes the workout from the 11th that i didn't post
