Water retention is something of concern, leading to the other factors you mentioned...but from what I've heard and read, you'd be much better off stepping up the potassium with the increased sodium intake.
That is some killer volume training with the squats.
Yeah, the squats are too much, im still sore and i've missed 2 workouts due to it. With the sodium, i drink, or atleast i try to drink at least 2 gallons of water a day, that should take care of the water retention right?
