Volume too low?
WBB routines have a very low volume. the workouts are generally quick and dont leave you sweating afterwards. Also, advice for anyone who uses a WBB routine, id like you to know that modelling a routine using your own body, i.e. what works would be best. but unless you KNOW how to do this and/or got advice from a professional then stick with WBB i used them for a few months and got some pretty awesome gains
Low volume routines are the way to go for natty's IMO. Just keep the intensity high and you should grow like a weed. Keep adding weight every week and consume enough calories and most any low volume routine will work.
