    Majority of 3 means I should split my routine and toss this full body crap the so called 'personal trainer' said in the trash..

    Well it looks like Mondays has officially become my leg day....

    Calf Raises
    Squats
    Leg Curls
    Leg Extensions
    Leg Press


    Calf Raises first because I'd like to get my calves to be more porportional.

    Squats second because they are probably the most taxing of the exercises. Haven't done them before but here goes nothing.

    Other ones... no comment.
