ok before people start going crazy let me clarify. im 5 foot 3 and for the last ten years i have been at a weight anywhere from about 230 to 300 lbs. ive been lifting with my bodybuilding friend for about 7 or 8 months now seriously. i got my diet in check and put my whole self into lifting and for the first time in almost tn years i saw 21o lbs on my scale yesterday afternoon. my arms have grown about 1.5 inches my chest immediately leaned out and my gut started melting away. sorry to clutter up the forums with this but i had to get this out there to somebody i just couldnt hold back.

That is sweet and just adds to my motivation! Keep up the great work. I am 6'3" and did weigh 255 by the start of January, I'm down to 236 as of right now. My man boobs are finally disappearing!!!!
lol thats what i was so happy about specially bein 5 3 and 295 wow i was so happy
ill get some pictures up as soon as i can find the old ones but yea it was a drastic change and its sumthin thats still not coplete but then again it never will be beause "if youre ever satisfied, the battle is lost"
