Would Maximus be appropriate for an amateur who is merely trying to put on some noticeable weight/mass?
I don't want to be big. I just don't want to be small.
I'm a college student and getting enough meals in is nearly impossible. I lift and drink whey protein shakes, so I figured I could just substitute my protein shake with a Maximus shake for the extra calories.
Also, I'm lactose intolerant. Is that going to be an issue?
What are your thoughts?
