i'm thinking of purchasing either the fat loss stack or the mass stack. unfortunately, i don't know what i should get or if i should just get nitrean.
before all i took were fish oil, multivitamins, and protein whey usually from ON. I wonder if it's just better to get 2 tubs of nitrean instead of the stacks since that's becoming too complex for me.
here's what I want to achieve: I want to gain muscle and lean out. I don't necessarily want to get bigger. but regarding the maximus tub, what the heck is that? will i get fat if i take that? is that just protein?
