    Thigh High Pickup

    Anyone here do thigh high pickups?

    I did them today for the first time and got 765 up (8 plates a side) without too much difficulty.

    no, ive read that anything that high is pretty useless.

    I haven't done them in a very long time - could be a good way to overload your CNS though and handle some heavy loads. I would try to do them from just above your knee so that there is a bit more range of motion and carryover.

    I'm sure is Pulls as in DL
    Current Stats:
    5'8" @ 204lbs

    I remember Stump used to do these and he'd pull like 1000, LOL
    23 years old
    6'3, 308 lbs

    825 Squat
    470 Bench
    645 Deadlift
    1905 total
