My GF might be interested in P90x. What is a typical P90x workout look like? Lots of pullups, situps, pushups? Same workout every day? She can currently do a few pullups (2-3), quite a few pushups (30), runs often. Would this be something a female with limited upper body strength could do?

She will be fine as it is geared to building strength as the program progresses. I am always skeptical of these things on TV, but a buddy of mine has been doing it and is SHREDDED at 44 years old! I don't know how much it does for a max strength, but his endurance is unbelievable. I think you girlfriend will greatly benefit from the program.
