    Thanks guys...

    Next contest is the South Atlantic Strongman Challenge in Columbia, SC on 2/21.

    I competed in this same event back in 2007 and took home 2nd place in the 200 lbs weight class in a field of about 12 competitors from 5 states, looking for another big performance this year in the open LW 231.5 lbs class.

    tom and I have been training together for a couple weeks now and I tell you his intensity, strength, and knowledge are very formidable and he is a great guy and competitor.
