    I think I'm getting tennis elbow

    Both elbows have been getting increasingly sore post workout. Right now, even as I sit, there's both telling me that they're pretty pissed off, and that's about 5 hours after I finished my lifts. Any advice beyond stopping? I'll be starting up the icing process tonight.

    BTW, here's my routine, I did the A workout today:
    A
    Squat 3x5
    BB Bench 5x5
    B/O Rows 5x5

    B
    Squat 3x5
    Deads 3x5, working to a 1x5
    SOHP 5x5

    Extra fish oil, ibuprofen, ice, and an extra day or two of rest might go far. Don't let it deteriorate.
    A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

    i've had this problem, but now im fine.

    Give your elbows 10mins each in a tub of ice and water a day. take a week off lifting (i know it sucks), and take ibuprofen 3 times per day. U should be fine afterwards, or at least i was.

    I had tennis balls once

    If you can't shake it using Sensei's advice for a while then mention it to you're doctor, Glucosamine can help if you've previously damaged you're joints, but not if they're just sore in general.
