Both elbows have been getting increasingly sore post workout. Right now, even as I sit, there's both telling me that they're pretty pissed off, and that's about 5 hours after I finished my lifts. Any advice beyond stopping? I'll be starting up the icing process tonight.
BTW, here's my routine, I did the A workout today:
BB Bench 5x5
B/O Rows 5x5
Deads 3x5, working to a 1x5
