    I read Cackerots post on periodization and his weak arms.

    If you wanna see what your natural potential should be, go to my webpage and click on "Ideal Body proportions" There is a table there where you divide your height by your weight to find what your bodyparts should measure naturally. These are for average people, not people like Skip Lacour who after only a fews years of training is built like a house.

    That proportions table didn't work right for me. It said I should have a 34 inch waist, etc. The measurements were way too big for my size.

    I'm not sure if it's based on a ripped physique or a normal muscular physique.

    Steeve Reeves had a good formula also.

    Trying to tell me my waist should be bigger and my legs should be smaller. Sorry - but I think that formula is full of crap.

    Im not sure where they got that measurements from. If I can get the formula for Steeve Reeves perfect symetry that would probably be a lot better.

    My calves and waist are smaller, chest a tiny bit smaller, arms are bigger.
