Usually before my WOs Ill have a bowl of oatmeal with a scoop of opticen and 2tbsps of peanut butter. How would you recommend eating before my WO and taking RESULTS?
I was thinking
1. Wake up @ 6am
2. Drink RESULTS by 6:15
3. Eat my oatmeal on the way to the gym (like usual)
4. Working out by 7:00 -7:15
I didnt know if it made a difference acting on an empty stomach.
