    Arm pad size on Preacher Curl Bench

    I'm looking at buying a preacher curl bench that has a fairly small arm pad. Is there a difference between sizes of arm pad as far as effectiveness or is it just a matter of preference? The product says "The arm padís smaller size enables users to place only the triceps against the pad for more isolation". True?

    Preacher curls and effectiveness don't belong in the same paragraph.

    Don't do curls, because squats magically make your arms huge.

    Doing isolation preacher curls are a waste of your time. Get a squat rack instead.

    Are you really seriously asking this question? I mean its cool if you are trying your hand at creative trolling, but if you are being serious, this is just sad.

    Even if your focus is bodybuilding, there are about 823 things you should sink cash into before a preacher bench.

    Heaven forbid you do it like the old timers and just do some curls...

    You can do hundreds of curl variations between a barbell, an ez bar, and some DB's... Why on gods name do you need a preacher bench.
