This was my first meet in USAPL collegiates. I bombed all of my squats because I didn't think I would be able to hit depth with anything under 490 (I now know that's a misconception... lol. Felt sick all the day before and up to the first attempt.
3rd attempt squat... all were similar.
347 bench in shirt that I could basically put on myself. (size 48 F6) angle is bad... sorry.

Critiques and comments all welcome. Sorry the videos are crap. Taken on my camera. If someone can identify flaws in my form, that would be great. I know I used a lot of back on the deadlift, but that was mainly because my quads were cramping and DONE after the squat misses.
