The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    MSoft Word drives me bonkers!!!

I can't seem to isolate a certain portion of text in MS Word 07 to edit -- it's either all or none.

For example, I can't double space just the body, it double spaces my name, date, subject etc.

I also can't center a title without all the words in the entire document centering.

I can't find where I would adjust this, help!

It sounds like the text isn't separated into separate paragraphs. You can see that by clicking on the little backwards P icon in the paragraph toolbar buttons on the Home menu. If they aren't separate paragraphs then when you assign some styling to it it will apply to all text.

To make them separate paragraphs place your cursor at the end of a line and press the delete key until the letters come together from the two lines. Then press Enter a couple of times w/out pressing anything else. This should separate it into separate paragraphs and let you assign different styles to each paragraph.

can't you just swipe the cursor and highlight the lines in black that you want to alter? i've never seen that not work.

That's what I do but it still changes the entire document.
