Powerlifting Meet results

UPA Meet Weighed 302lbs fully clothed and entered the full meet.

Squats

1st attempt - 825lbs (Smoked it)
2nd attempt - 865lbs (No good, got stuck on way up)
3rd attempt - 865lbs (Good lift made a few adjustments. 15lb Meet PR!!!!)

Bench Press

1st attempt - 585lbs (Smoked it)
2nd attempt - 628.2lbs (Smoked it, was really fast and also a 5lb meet PR!!!)
3rd attempt - 650lbs (No good, moved fast but flared my elbows to soon and dumped it over my face)

Deadlift

1st attempt - 605lbs (Smoked it)
2nd attempt - 675lbs (Smoked it and also gave me a total PR!!!!!!)
3rd attempt - 710.2lbs (No good, got it all the way up and locked my knees but couldnt get the hips forward)

Total 2160lbs (This is a 28lb meet PR but its a 85lb meet PR for the 308lb weight class.

Im glad I decided to do the full meet. I know where Im strong and where Im weak. Need to do more band training in the squat and get stronger through my sticking point. Bench was pretty solid but need to work my lockout more and my shoulders. Deadlift is moving right along, will train my hips and lower back some more. Have set new goals for myself for the Pro/Am in Aug.

Squat - 900lbs
Bench - 675lbs
Dead - 725lbs
Total - 2300lbs
