    Lats role in Deadlifting

    Hey new here and not a troll lol

    what are the lats role in deadlifting? I searched google and wasnt able to find much. i thibk about all is was able to find is that they help keep your elbows close to the body

    They keep the bar against your leg until your back angle becomes sufficiently vertical.
