    Dumb question on metabolism...

    In the WBB arms routine, Chris talks about slow, medium or fast metabolisms.. How would I know which I am??

    What is your build? Do you lose weight easily?

    If you don't have a problem with weight and tend to drop pounds easily, are probably on the fast side. If you are moderatly overweight or heavy, you probably are on the slow side.

    If in between, well then medium.
