Im going to cancun in june and would like to drop about ten pounds. I know most people dont recomend intense training and losing weight but if i do it slow enough could it work? I have been gaining about a pound a week for the past two months and weigh about 150lbs now. I just want to lose a little bit for the trip. Im thinking about still eating alot and taking protein shakes but add cardio a couple times a week. What do you guys think. Am i completely crazy or could i do it? What is the best way to go about this?
Also i know this is probably better in the diet and nutrition forum but figured some of you bigger lifters dont hang around there to much.
