    Question on Results

    Does RESULTS have to be taken on an empty stomach for best results? I tried a sort of similar product before that suggested to use it on an empty stomach pre workout. It would put me in a jam when it came to eating, I'm really considering purchasing it and this, although it isn't a big deal, will decide how soon I purchase it.

    It does help if it's convenient, but it's not a big deal. Biggest thing is to just make sure you get it down every day.

    I have two more questions on the product.

    1) I know it says mix on the label, is it alright to shake in a bottle?

    2) I read someone talking about double dosing, on the label it says to take 2 scoops. I figured one scoop was normal, so is the double dosing 2 or 4 scoops?

    These questions might sound stupid, but I just wanted to clear up some things.

    1) Ok to mix.

    2) One serving is 2 scoops. A double would be 4.

    Not sure if this was asked before or not: how much more effective is taking Results every day vs only on workout days (say 3 or 4 times a week).

    This is a useless quote that means nothing but yet defines me as a profound intellect.

    Big difference.

    I tried it this summer. We had received feedback from Donnie Thompson that he was only taking it on workout days and still noticing an effect, but as I thought about it more, I realized Donnie trains 6 days a week LOL so that wasn't a good reflection.

    I took it 4 times a week and while I still felt there was some benefit, it wasn't nearly as strong a benefit as I noticed when taking it every day.

    I would really strive to take it 7 days a week. If you're going to spend the money on Results, it'd be best to squeeze the most out of it by taking it every day, instead of mediocre improvements by skimping on the doses.

    okay, i followed the directions and put two scoops in 11 oz of water. I mixed it with a spoon for a good minute or two and took a sip and it didn't taste well at all. I'm pretty sure I did everything right, but it tastes like an alchoholic beverage with that type of aftertaste. Btw, I have the cherry blast. Please tell me what I did wrong lol

    You didn't do anything wrong. The taste is something we are very honest about, it doesn't taste the best, but it works very well.

    Try adding more water or mixing it with some red gatorade instead.

    Taste, of course, is subjective. I think that the cherry results is one of the best tasting supplements out there.

    RESULTS is a product you take for the, well, the results, not the flavor! Trust me, suck it up and drink it and you will be VERY pleased in a little over a week.

    any reason why it says to take it in the morning on your non workout days??

    is there a difference if you took it about the same time you were to train on the days you don't train or should it be taken about an hour or so after you have eaten breakfast?

    No there isn't any noticeable difference if you take it the same time every day, even on non workout days. Just get it in every day is all

    if I'm about 178 and 5'11 and doing p90x (already a nitrean user) would I benefit taking RESULTS? I want to lose weight and gain muscle, is 80 grams of carbs a lot, and with so many carbs you figure it would be better to take it post work out with protein?
    I'm new, so I'm not really familiar with supplements and stuff, I just would like to lose weight and get muscle...

    I usually drink something like 3L of water a day, but it all really depends. Just drink enough so you never feel thirsty (thirsy= dehydrated) and you'll be fine.

    I love Results taste. It has a kick. I usually start with just a little water and as I swig some of the 'stronger' tasting sips back, I add more water and dilute it slowly over the course of a large shaker of water.
