    I just started Bulking. Is it normal to POO so much

    Hey.
    I just started my new bulking diet, its great. But im like poohing like 3 times a day. Is that normal, or am i eating too much...???

    Only 3!

    You'll get used to it and things will calm down - its like aroutine - when you go back to bulking it can cause problems while the body adjusts - its usually best to build up over a few days to a bulking diet.

    Hey shamrock what doe yoru diet look like. adn how come your only eating 3 times per day? are they super big meals? It is better to spread them through out the day, into 5-6 meals.
    I am currently trying to bulk but do not know what my ration should be with fat protien adn carbs.
    Muscle is not momentum! that is too all the basturds in the gym that put large amounts of weight on the bar and swing it up. I hate people with bad form. outnumber

    No man im pooing 3 times a day, i eat 8 meals a day.

    heres my diet on mondays,tues,wed

    morning--4 egg whites, Bowl of oatmeal, Nalrge
    Lunch 2 cans of tuna with a bowl of veggies and some flax oil
    After school---2 peices of chicken with rice or veggies. cheese on flax bread
    Pre workout--Whey, creatine,dextrose,glutamine,ribose
    Post workout--SAme as pre
    dinner---Lean steak, or chicken, or fish, or turkey, With cottage cheese and veggies
    before bed--Some left over turkey or chicken with a nlarge

    btw, 3 isn't that bad. I go at least four right now, if not more.

    I think bulking diet made my hemorrhoid to come out again. Not sure if this is really the cause but i better see doctor becuse Preparation H does not help any more ;(

    ok i am back... The_Hall, only 4 times a week? what do you eat, nothing? or do you walk funny the rest of the week? i go at least 2 times a day, its good for ya!!

    I used to go about 5 times a day when I ate only one meal a day. Now that I eat 4-6 times a day, I go about 1-2. What's going on with that?

    You people got problems. On the first time you do go, try sitting there a bit longer and let all of it clear out. I see some people go for like 3 minutes...wait a bit longer and I bet you won't have to sh*t as much throughout the day. When I bulk I go once per day
