I'm 21, 185lbs, 5'10" and prob. 10% body fat, give or take. ive been on the same workout routine for about 2 months now and have only seen minor results:
I plan on switching to the wannabebig 1.1 workout this coming up week seeing as i'm tired of this workout and have prob. plateaued.
I also take nitro-tech protein (worst tasting this alive) and power pack supplements.
My question is "i want to get more defined not huge" what steps should i take? should i lay off the protein, more reps/set than asked in the workout, what?
