Hi guys, I am a beginner to working out. I broke my arm badly about a year ago and would like to start building my strength up again.
I want to start doing a full body workout, i would like to know what sort of exercises i should do? how often?
I am 5ft 11 and 150lbs, i want to bulk up and would like to know should i use them protein shakes?

Look into Starting Strength. Buy the book and read it a couple of times.

Yeah it is fully recovered, but its alot weaker and smaller than my right arm. I can only press 25kg with out my arm feeling sore. I am currently working on my biceps and triceps with dumbells; Bicep 10kg, Tricep 7.5kg. Do you have any tips or advice for me m8?
