    Huge PR!! 3 weeks ago i hit 365 for a single,today owned 405!! i can not fucking wait until the meet in june!! I am 12 weeks out today.. 405+ will def fall!
    All this box squating and using the ssb are REALLY helping my squat... Guys in my crew said my form stayed perfect the whole rep.. everything was tight,arched,knees open etc.. so happy right now..

    I box squat the same stance as i squat with which is wide..
    Both max effort and speeed.. we do lil mini cycles with the straight bar,ssb,and the big cambered bar

    Raw.. guy in my crew gave me a pair of briefs but yet to try them.. i may after the meet i dont know yet.. do u think it will help my raw squat?? overload the cns to handle heavier weights?

    That's what I hear, but I haven't seen or heard of a true raw lifter ever putting briefs on to overload the system. I'm not saying it won't work, I would rather do some reverse band work instead. By true raw lifter, I meant someone who lifts raw only.
