    Back to the grind

    I was sick for 4 days last week with the ****s,puke,chills,achey all over,couldnt eat anything,lost weight..
    So i been out of the gym for about 8 days now and im ready to get back on the grind..

    Im going to give Bill Starr's 5x5 a go for 12 weeks.
