for barbell bent over row,which grip hit the back most?

I found the best workout to be a combination of all the best workouts .
I use stuff from rippetoes, 30 pounds in 30 days, and baby got back..
Personally I use both grips, twice a week.
Pronated/supinated BB rows on monday
Chinups/Pullups on thursday
Alternate mixed grip on deadlifts as well.
I have had the best progress using both grips in my workouts.
Oh and while warming up on deadlifts, use overhand grip to train your grip strength.
