Abs: Bunch of stuff
Neck harness: 40lbsx10x3
DB Shrugs: 75x10, 85x9 drop set, Really slow held contraction for a good 2/3 seconds
Wednesday is bench day, Friday is squat day, sunday is Military, Monday deadlift
