    A lot of those are straight gymnast exercises. All of them would be beneficial to a gymnast or breakdancer.

    The compound exercise is one in and of itself, known as a muscleup.

    I've always done those pullup/dip combos.
    23 years old
    5' 6"
    153 lbs


    Bench: 315
    Deadlift: 400
    Squat: 425
