Anyone else ever have this? I felt fine in the gym while benching and doing assistance work and on the way home and now sitting here, I got pain in my lower abs? (lower as in if you drew a line straight across from hip bone to hip bone) I do abs with body weight and it usualy includes doing them on a ball for more core work. and it doesn't bother me then..
Maybe its just one of those female days where my uterus is out of alignment and its in protest of going back to lifting heavy vs. laying on the couch recovering from back issues?
If anyone has ideas or same thing.......
